MAINTENANCE IS KEY TO HEALTHY LIVING
As you go through your treatment journey with Nicole, she will provide coaching and recommendations for practices on your own time to support nervous system regulation, emotional health, and optimal wellbeing.
Balance is not a passive state, but an active process of adaptation, adjustment, and recalibration. If you want to test this, stand on one foot. If this is easy, try closing your eyes and maintaining your balance. Balance is not a state we arrive at and then we simply get to rest and enjoy (although hopefully there is some of that within it!)--but rather, requires persistent practice and accommodation to address your needs as they arise.
Maintaining Blissful Balance and Exceptional Wellness means noticing when a light goes off on your internal dashboard telling you that it's time to refuel, refill the tires, or check your engine, and addressing the need before you hit a breakdown. It means keeping your vehicle (body) in optimal working condition with consistent self-care, supportive nutrition, and healthy routines.
And, if a light does go off, i.e. a symptom comes up, such as indigestion, headaches, fatigue, breakouts, rashes, brain fog, or anything else getting in the way of you feeling your best, we can address it in a maintenance treatment session.
