About Nicole

Nicole Sarradet is an experienced and compassionate integrative holistic practitioner. Nicole has a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness by identifying and addressing the root causes of their physical and emotional challenges. As a NAET allergy elimination specialist, Nicole is uniquely skilled at identifying and addressing sensitivities that can cause a variety of physical and emotional symptoms. Nicole is also trauma-informed and specializes in helping people who have experienced trauma and abuse to find healing through a variety of holistic therapies. As a yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, and reiki master, Nicole is able to integrate mind-body practices into her work with clients. She believes that true healing requires a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the self. With experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including those struggling with substance abuse, mental health disorders, and autoimmune conditions, Nicole is able to provide compassionate and effective support to clients from all walks of life.
